G-3 Two

The Great Guy Gathering 2 took place up at Uncle Jack’s hunk of Indiana this weekend.  I can’t really say what went on there, not being a guy and all, but I did get the pictures from my own guys.  So here’s my take on the fun.

Plenty of swimming, er, floating in The Last Home Port’s pond.  Hey, now!  That paddle boat doesn’t look all too manly!

It’s just not a real pond belly flop unless you hit the muck:

Apparently, Henry was the fishing champion, having hauled in more than one good-sized bass:

How many engineers does it take to set up a tent?

No Oreos allowed until you eat a hunk of beef heart:

I didn’t call my guys on the cell phone at all this year.  Uh-oh, Sam got a phone call from Jess.  Apparently, she wanted to make sure he was using a knife and fork to eat with. (Joking, Jess!!  My sources tell me that he totally broke the man code and called you!)

Yeah, it’s just not a real man party without a pyrotechnic . . . let’s just say . . . incident!

Thanks for the pictures on Flickr. As another mother who was not allowed to attend, it looks like all was (mostly) well. Although, the first story I heard was how Henry got a hole in his shirt. Made me wonder what else happened. Looks like everyone had fun!
